For enhanced resident interaction, UIDAI’s new AI/ML based chat feature is now enabled. Residents can now submit grievances, check the status of their Aadhaar PVC cards, and more.

What is UIDAI Chatbot?
The UIDAI Chatbot is the chat platform available on the official UIDAI website (uidai.net.in) for quick and automated responses about Aadhaar and related features. It is available on the main page of the UIDAI website and Resident portal at right bottom. By clicking on the blue icon of ‘Ask Aadhaar’, a resident can start interacting with the Chatbot.
