Print Aadhaar facility
By paying a fee of Rs 30 for the printing of Aadhaar service, residents can obtain a print of their e-Aadhaar using biometric authentication. For residents whose mobile number is not registered in Aadhaar, this facility is helpful, UIDAI stated via an office memorandum issued on August 17, 2022.

Additionally, residents have complained to UIDAI about the difficulty in obtaining their Aadhaar numbers, which were generated in connection with prior enrollments. According to the Office Memorandum, “In order to provide support to the residents in such cases, provision for Find Aadhaar functionality is available in the client, where the resident’s Aadhaar number can be tracked using demographic details and biometric authentication. Once the Aadhaar number is tracked the operator can download and provide a print of e-Aadhaar to the Resident (charged @ Rs. 30/-).”
Within 15 days of the date this letter was issued, all Registrars are asked to make sure that RD devices (a single fingerprint scanner and single iris device) are available at all Aadhaar enrolment centres.
